Private Law Society

The Private Law Society is an idea for a legal system, put forth by HansHermannHoppe Hans Hermann-Hoppe. In this legal system, law and dispute resolution services are provided by competing organizations, rather than via a Statism statist monopoly. Since these services are provided in a competitive marketplace, the quality and value for price paid,would be superior to a monopoly.
