Chiropractors emphasize manual therapy including joint adjustment and manipulation with particular focus on JointDysfunction joint dysfunction and Subluxation subluxation. Chiropractic was founded in 1895 by magnetic healer, D.D. Palmer, in Davenport, Iowa.
