Exobiology is the study of life beyond the planet Earth. Statistically speaking, it is virtually certain that life exists beyond Earth, including intelligent life. Many researchers also believe that there is evidence, based primarily on photographs, historical artifacts, witnesses and government whistleblowers, that intelligent entities from other star systems are currently visiting the earth. There are already professional scientists called exobiologists, who's job is to search for extraterrestrial life and determine what manifestations such life may take shape in.

If intelligent life from other realms does visit the planet Earth, it is not acknowledged by government and academia; but it is thought that these organizations would not acknowledge such things, even if they were aware. Generally speaking, if a person within the academic or government hierarchy speaks publicly about evidence or experience with extraterrestrial life, they are blacklisted and considered discredited.

Circumstances being as they are, means it is up to independent researchers, to determine the truth or falsehood of these claims, on a case by case basis.
