The Five Loosening Exercises (Song Shen Wa Fa), is a set of Tai Chi exercises developed by Master HuangXingxiang Huang Xingxiang and used by many practitioners to cultivate TaiChiSong Song in their bodies.

List of Exercises

  1. Swinging the arms around the body while twisting the waist.
  2. Swinging the arms forward and back, while twisting the waist.
  3. Swinging the arms to the front while moving up and down
  4. Brushing the floor
  5. Shifting between 2 and 4
